Podcasts have become a new phenomenon and a great way to both learn and promote business. This is a list of best entrepreneur podcasts in 2020 to help you as a business owner.
Jesus and Jollof
The hilarious duo, Writer Luvvi Ajayi and Actress Yvonne Orji, form the unique and educating podcast Jesus and Jollof. Infusing their faith and Nigerian culture, whilst simultaneously offering business advice, this podcast offers valuable advice from a relatable perspective.
Hustle Podcast
Hustle, is a very new podcast, that I discovered through meeting one of the co-founders at a local working space. From the very first podcast, I was instantly engaged with the podcast’s purpose to help underrepresented entrepreneurs grow their business. They also invite guests from underrepresented backgrounds on the podcast to share their projects.
Mostly Lit
Mostly Lit haven’t published an episode in a while, but the ones on their channel are still a good listen. Part of growing in business is growing in knowledge. Despite the spark in video content, reading books remain a valuable way to learn. The Mostly Lit podcast is formed of three members and discusses books they have been reading and their thoughts on it. They also speak on topics misrepresented in society.
Duct Tape Marketing
Duct Tape Marketing features a guest interview with an entrepreneur each episode in a different field, tied mainly to the theme of marketing.
As a business owner, marketing is an on-going process. You’re always going to have to market your brand in order for it to grow. Online marketing is a key element you should implement in this and podcasts in itself can be a great way to do this. The range of guests featured on Duct Tape Marketing offers unique insight through the different fields they’re in.
Rants and Randomness
Rants and Randomness is Luvvie Ajayi’s solo podcast. She features a guest for each episode, offering life and inspirational content. As the title suggests, it is a stream of consciousness speaking on a variety of topics in life.
Caught Off Guard Podcast
YouTube sensation, Patricia Bright, mainly known as a beauty blogger, has recently launched a new channel, dedicated to offering business advice and has started this Caught Off Guard Podcast, interviewing successful businesswomen.
The first few episodes feature South Londoners, which is where Patricia, and incidentally I, am originally from. So, I found this particularly inspiring. If they can do it, we can too right?
